About The Opportunity A Law Clerk opportunity is available within a national law firm based in Melbourne’s CBD. This position sits within the Public Law & Regulatory Compliance team and plays a key support role to a Principal Lawyer in managing active legal matters. Key Duties: Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support, including diary/inbox management Draft, format and proofread legal documents and correspondence Coordinate meetings, appointments and key deadlines Maintain accurate and organised electronic and physical files Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner Assist with billing, timesheet entry and basic financial administration Prepare briefs and supporting documentation for matters Respond to and/or refer incoming queries to relevant parties On Offer: Central CBD location close to PT, great coffee spots and after-work options Competitive salary up to $95,000 - $100,000 package (DOE) Hybrid working model (office-based with up to 2 days WFH) Exposure to a high-volume practice with established systems, templates and precedents About You: 2–3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant (essential) Experience in Public Law or Regulatory matters strongly preferred Highly organised with a proactive approach and strong desire to succeed in a busy practice area Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional manner To Apply: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please click on the appropriate link below.
